What's included in the monthly fee, and what costs extra?
The cost includes access to the platform for each user, as well as your customer success plan and access to our help centre. There is also the option to add further agentic capability.
Is there a minimum contract length, or can I cancel anytime?
Each month a payment will be taken, giving you access to the platform on a rolling month by month basis which can be cancelled at any time.
What happens if I need more users?
Simply get in touch and we can add users.
Are there setup or onboarding fees on top of the subscription?
The only additional set up fees are if data migration is needed, details can be found in the implementation section above.
What happens when I outgrow the Core plan, how easy is it to upgrade?
We would love to support your growth, so if you move beyond 7 users, let's talk.
Do I lose any data or setup work if I switch tiers later?
